Urgent update

I've been writing about my piggie Machete for a few days now, but I really need some advice. My vet is of course not open right now & I can't afford to take her to the emergency vets.

Today when I woke up, she was weak but seemed a little interested in food. She's barely eaten anything though. I tried to feed her baby food, resisted & didn't seem to care about anything. Didn't really take it very well. Gave her the oral antibiotic, again she took it but I couldn't tell if she even swallowed. I'm worried to keep bugging her right now because I think she's getting really stressed but I dont want her to not eat. I know that's a HUGE problem.

I don't know when the last time was that she pooped & she's not showing any signs of wanting to do anything. Very weak..

I dont know what to do. I dont know if I should keep trying to force feed her or let her sleep for a little. I'm so afraid I'm stressing her out more.

She needs to see a vet tonight! Sorry to say, but it sounds like shes going downhill. When was the last time she ate? She need to be syringe fed asap if she isnt eating.

Please don't start new threads on the same medical issue for the same pig as it makes it hard for people to follow what is going on and offer the right advice. What is your pig on antibiotics for, what antibiotic, what dose and how long has she been on it for? You need to be syringe feeding critical care, recovery or mashed up pellets, not vegetables. Without knowing any of the background and based only on what you have described in this thread you need to take you pig to an emergency vet asap. You may not be able to afford it, but your pig's condition sounds serious.

I'm sorry, I was panicing, I understand though & I didn't think too just update it on the other one & bump it to the top. I was just freaking out.

But, I lost her none the less. After everything, I left the house for about ten minutes & when I came home, she was gone.

Very very very horrible. I'm horribly sad
