Specialist URI, Bumblefoot, anything else?

Hi!

I apologise if this comes off as condescending because I really don't mean it to be, but if he's trying to climb into the hay rack now and keeps doing it (and they usually do) you might be better off with hay in some kind of tray instead. They can get themselves stuck and injure themselves really quickly, especially if they're climbers...I used to just have the hay on the floor of the cage for that reason but then I wasn't using fleece.

I'm late to this thread but I'm so glad they're doing better, it's great news!
New pic of their set up, no hay rack, no hay ball, hopefully better now :) should be the comment above this one :)

Thanks for the help!

Thank you for giving me the information, ignorance is no excuse for poor care.

We rescued these boys from a bad situation and I don't want to unknowingly put them back in one.

We want these boys to live their best life and it's people like you that are contributing to that. So thanks, again :)

They LOVE the hay tray!

Thats the brilliant thing about this forum, you learn as you go along. I too use hay trays for my piggies and it’s so cute watching them forage and play in it :)
