I woke yesterday to find my 3 year old piggie covered in mucus coming from her nose (wet chin from the mucus) and occassionslly sneezing which was bringing out lots of mucus. She was off her food. We took her to vet and she said she's never seen such an acute case where it's come on so quickly. She has had runny nose /congestion in past but nothing like this and it has come and gone and she's had no signs of uri for a good year perhaps. She had anti biotic jab and vitamin at vet. We've been syringe feeding critical care mixed with pellets and vit c powder. She perked up and her nose improved within hours. I was starting to feel confident. But then all of a sudden she is struggling to move back legs. I don't understand how this could be linked to the uri? Obviously I'll be taking her back to vets but was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same? X

Sorry, no advice. Just wanted to send her some healing vibes. Hope the vets can help find out whats going on x
