URI? help please

Putt has just started to have heathy breathing and making either wheezing sounds as she breathes or hooting. I know this could be a sign of URI or worse heart problems.

1) Do we need to go to the emergency vets who wont prescribe off liscense or should i wait till tommorrow and go to my normal vet?

2) Is there anything we can do tonight to help her?

She is fine in herself it is just the breathing that came on 20 mins ago.

If you suspect illness I would see the Vet, as we both know GP's can go downhill quickly! xx
