Hey I'm Neelima .I have two Guinneas Taeyang and Kookie ..they are 1.3 or something teras old..Kookie has bloating problem since last month..I give medicines for that after consoling a vet..but it seems like its not a permanent solution..I even done x-ray of him..but nothing suspicious came out..
And for last 8 days I noticed that their nose are wet..it's not runny..and they are not sneezing..but they seems like dull and tired..I foundout some symptoms of pneumonia in them..so I consulted with my vet and he suggested me an antibio contains "Azithromycin" ..I'm giving that to them for last 8 days but their nose are still wet..they are eating well but they looks tired..I don't know what to do..

Hi and welcome

Which country are you in and what is climate where you are?

Are you weighing your guinea pigs daily to monitor their food intake?
80% of what they should eat in a day is hay. if they don't have that and they don't eat enough or eat too much veg, then this can cause digestive problems like bloating. The lack of food will cause them to become lethargic.

Please start syringe feeding them with fibrous food like recovery formula or in an emergency mushed up pellets (rather than muesli/dry mix) to keep their guts going. Complete Syringe Feeding Guide

Zithromax/azithromycin is a very strong antibiotic. If it is not working, then it is either because the reason is not an URI but rather dust/smog/pollen etc.

Can you please check the front teeth of your guinea pigs? they should have an even horizontal edge. If they are slanted, jagged or inward pointing, this means that the teeth at the back that are used for chewing and that are abraded by the silica in the hay have grown spurs that are trapping the tongue and prevent them from eating and swallowing properly.
