My pig has recently had a upper respiratory infection. I only noticed because he was coughing alot, wasn't eating as much and was very sleepy. I took him to the vet and he improved but now he is still sneezing a couple of times a day. Do I need to take him back to the vet? He is himself in every other way weight is fine, eating but he is sneezing. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Do continue weighing your piggy daily at the same time as it's easy to miss weight losses.
Keep your piggy warm and dry in these circumstances making sure the enclosure is thorough clean too using the correct fluid.
Do you know what the vet prescribed and volume?

Update**
Took him back to the vets and his lungs are clear! He has put on more weight. She gave me more medication this time meticam. I have just finished his dose and I have to say no change! Still sneezing! Could this be behavioural considering he is well in himself?

How much is he sneezing? Do you have dusty hay or bedding. My piggies usually sneeze when I get to the end of the hay bag, since that where all the hay dust is.

How often does he sneeze now?

About 3/4 times a day and I have a hay bale which I get my hay from.
