It looks like oxidization, which happens when urine dries, nothing to worry about.

And also I am not very sure but I think he's making sound while peeing I am not very sure though
The kind of sound he makes when we pick him up and he doesn't like being picked up with could the reason be?

He may be in pain, so take him to the vets for a check up. It could be nothing to worry about but you can’t really be to careful with pigs, they hide illness well x
