Sorry to post something I'm sure everyone has seen many times. I was scrolling through the threads, but there's soooo many to look through, trying to find one where someone has already discussed my question. Hahaha.
Well, I'm just wondering about the color of CoCo's urine. She has been urinating in her veggie dish all day, which is driving me nuts. I've cleaned it three times now! But, I noticed that it is discolored, and has a white residue at the bottom of the dish. I saw on another thread about the crying whilst urinating, that white may be normal, but I'm just wondering. And what other colors are normal? Thanks!

Hello, I've been a bit urine obsessed lately due to an ill pig. As far as I understand, a little white residue in urine means too much calcium in diet - I may be wrong but I'm sure someone can correct me. My pigs wee colour has changed recently but he has been checked by an excellent vet. The vet said guinea urine can be every colour from clear, to cloudy, to pinky to brick red and still be totally normal / healthy. However, if you suspect blood please see a vet. Clive's wee at the moment is coming out clear, sometimes cloudy, but then turning orange / red as the air gets to it!
