What are her symptoms, if shes peeing blood and squeaking while doing so then she likely has a UTI, if she have a uterine infection (known as a pyometra) then she will probably be very ill. Keep a close eye on her. Your vet really needs to diagnose which one she has. Can you get a urine sample?

x.

Can your vet test whether there is blood in the urine (simple strip test)? You can collect a urine sample yourself by sitting you piggy on a clear plastic surface, wait for some time until there are ideally several puddles and syringe them up. Store the filled syringe in a freezer bag in your fridge until you go to the vets. UTI is pretty common, especially at this time of the year.

Pyometra (uterine infection) is pretty rare, but very serious. It is mostly found in neglected breeding sows.

Here is more info on both UTI and pyometra: http://www.guinealynx.info/uti.html
