V Shape Hair Loss On Neck

Squishy my seven year old guinea pig has a v shape where hair has been lost on her neck. What could it be?
When I adopted her she had previously had flystrike and has a sore on her back, could this be related?
 
I have been checking the others over and Cutie the other seven year old has a patch on her side
 
They are taking Septrin, could this have anything to do with it?
 
I don't think, get them to the vets and ask them to check out the hairloss, it's either mites of some kind or barbering perhaps, but the fact you are referring to a v shape indicates infestation. In which case all piggies need treating.
 
Cutie, the other one taking septrin is the only other one with hair loss, hers is just in a patch not a v shape.
