Vacuum brand to help clean cages

Hello everyone, I have two cuties that I am constantly scooping and dirty hay all day. I am looking for a vacuum to do some of the poop and hay pick up. Any suggestions or does everyone do it all the old fashioned way- by hand. Thanks
 
Hi there. If you mean in the cage, I bought one of those hand held vacuums but didn't find it that helpful. You could see all the poops getting stuck in it 😊 Some people on here have found them helpful.
 
I just bought a cheap cordless hand vacuum from Amazon. It works really well, especially to get those tiny pieces of hay off the fleece. The only downsides are that I still of course have to pick up the very large pieces of old hay and I always have to take the piggies out when I vacuum. I've seen many people vacuum while their piggies are still in the cage so I tried it myself once, but they seemed very scared so now I always take them out. Wasn't really a surprise though, not sure how so many people's guinea pigs were so chill about it lol. I would recommend my vacuum, but I bought it on German Amazon so I'm not sure it'd be much help. It was just a random brand, but I looked at the reviews to make sure it would be able to suck and hold in the poos.

Thank you. I want to try something but if its too loud and scares them I will end up not using it. Like you I will check the reviews and with some good fortune get a good vacuum for the guineas castle🏰.
