My two will simply not touch bell pepper, which bothers me as everyone recommends it as a good vitamin c source. Obviously their pellets contain some vitamin c but I don’t know if it’s enough. I’ve tried the different colour peppers with no luck, and I’ve been putting them in with their daily veg for some time to see if they change their minds but they haven’t. Does anyone know some other veggies that are good for vitamin c I can try?

brocoli, spinach, kale, parsley, kiwis, spring greens, corriander, cantolpe melon.these are high in vit c,but some are high in oxilates and calcium,so should not be fed more than once a week.

Thank you, they have spring greens fairly regularly and broccoli and parsley 1-2 times a week so hopefully they are getting what they need.
