Hey all, our girl has been dealing with bloat for the past couple of weeks. We took he in today for an X-Ray and she has made good improvement and the gas is not a problem anymore. She is eating her hay and drinking water normally so I was wondering when is a good time to reintroduce veggies back into her diet? She has been off them ever since the diagnosis. I am assuming we should reintroduce them slowly, are there any other tips people can share as to what veggies are safest for Piggies recovering from bloat. She had been getting romaine and green leaf lettuce before this issue but now we are worried those could have caused the bloat. Any help is appreciated, Thanks in advance

I'm glad she is feeling better.

Yes reintroduce very slowly. We recommend starting with herbs as they tend to be easier on the digestion. Literally give one sprig of coriander once a day for a couple of days and see how she does. If she’s ok, then increase to two sprigs for a few days, then add in a small amount of another veg and so on
