veggies bits

I get a bit fed up of having odd bits of veggies in the fridges so last night, chopped them all up and popped them into an airtight container.
Was amazed how much there was, odd bits of peppers, romaine, cucumbers, chicory etc. etc. enough to make the piggies part of their evening meal tonight
I usually throw bits away but will make more effort to do this now and am sure the piggies will like their new 'menu' |)
Do other members do this too ?

i do it all the time, but only fresh stuff! they love the variety, my neighbour saves things like broccoli stalks and the leafy carrot tops for me too x

Having 15 of the little monkies, there is always the odd few salad leaves or half a pepper etc. at each meal that I will throw but not anymore It's all fresh as they won't eat anything that is older than two days...little divas rolleyes
