can kale be giving everyday alongside bell peppers and gem lettuce and how often should carrots be giving ?

Kale is very high in calcium so should only be given occasionally. Carrots are high in sugar so they should also only be an occasional treat. Bell peppers are fine everyday

What veggies are high in vit c that are suitable every day can spring greens be fed everyday

A small strip of spring greens would be okay.
Veggies/fruits high in vit c are coriander, bell pepper, spring greens, broccoli, parsley, spinach, strawberries, blueberries and loads more. Just make sure you don't feed the same ones all the time, especially spinach which is high calcium too.
