just wanted to know if what i am giving my guinea pigs are ok i have looked on all the sites and do find it a bit confusing i have a 3 1/2 year old and a 5 month old

they get kale once a week broccili one a week carrot 2-3 a week and lettuce almost daily such as romanian lettuce and round lettuce and fruit once a week is this ok?

they are very fussy have tried mostly everything and all they seem to love is lettuce so find it hard to switch things up

Sounds OK to me. Broccoli can cause bloat in some piggies, and it has been suggested that kale can lead to calcium problems, so it's best to limit those - just as you are doing.

Cucumber is usually a favourite, and great for hydration.

Mine are lettuce lovers too, anything leafy. They adore spinach, the bags of mixed leaves, little gems, cauli leaves. They are particular though, they won't eat the spines of the leafs, the middle bit that it quite tough!

They aren't particularly kean on carrots but I still give them a bit most days, they always leave them till last though, for when they get desperate...

Other than than cucumber, celery, peppers and herbs (dill, parsley, basil and coriander) are favourites for Betty and Bertha
