Very Dry Skin

One of my sows (Truffle) has developed a very patchy coat and very thick dry skin at the base of her back.
I gentley groomed her and the hair seems to be dead and falling out in places. The dry skin is pretty thick and hard, but she loved me brushing her, like it was some sort of relief!

Can anyone recommend any shampoo for dry skin?.
I have treated her for lice and mites and shampoo'd her in Gorgeous guineas easy rinse shampoo.

Contact Gorgeous Guineas, I got a lovely melt from them for dry skin.

Yes Bonnie, contact Chrissy @ Gorgeous Guineas, she will recommend a shampoo - her products are fab, i dont know if you have used them before. I use them on Max and Scruffy all the time, down to shampoos and conditionsers, and ear creams, lice and easy etc.

It could be a sign of a fungal infection, Chrissie has a fantasic selection of lotions and potions to sort things out.

Yeah I agree with GPQ, a fungal infection was what I thought. Chrissie will definately be able to point you in the right direction.
