Very happy?

I just put together a new cage for my guineas. It's alot bigger and is higher off the ground with a large hiding place. Now that they are in the cage and it's been a couple days they seem more active and happy than they used to. They are squaking alot more and get more excited when you walk by. Is this updated behavior because of the new and improved home?

How big is their new home? It could be, they love space

As ground roaming animals they need lots of space, I imagine they will be very pleased with their new home
