Very Odd Behaviour (Video)

I've not seen anything like this is my 12 years of having piggies! Betty is an odd girl at the best of times. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Haha, I've got a few that do that! Fleece, towel, blanket, newspaper, whatever they will chew, rearrange, attempt to beat up... Heaven knows what's going through their heads when they do it... Crazy pigs.
 
My pigs do this with their toys:))

I've never seen a pig do this before! She's completely loopy! Glad its not just mine! She snuggled down with it afterwards and all was forgiven.

awww shes so cute x) id love to know what goes through their little heads sometimes apart from food that is :))
 
Bless... hes just having fun. Ive seen my guys throw loo rolls around, pull up the fleece, knock cosies and beds all over the place. They are so entertaining.

That's really reassuring. When I first saw her do it I actually thought there might be something wrong with her. Checked her teeth and everything because she's been prone to broken front teeth in the past. Glad she's just having fun because she is generally a very fun-loving piggie! Silly sausage! x

It does, doesn't it! :(|) Stroppy little girl. She does get cross with her 3 sisters but thankfully she just keeps those tantrums vocal and saves the physical tantrums for cushions!
 
Hehe she is so cute! My boys drag things around and like to abuse their soft furnishings too. Love her mini strawberry cushion! x) x

This is the first thing she's had a go at! She's got another cushion which is purple and stripy which she's fine with but she seems to HATE her strawberry cushions :))
 
HaHa LOL looks a bit like my cat when he is playing with his catnip cushion...may be this strawberry pillow smells nice to her? ?/

I was hand feeding Bernard (Archie's cagemate who gets hand fed because Archie is such a stroppy bossy piggy) and Archie threw a total tantrum, jumping up and down on the stuffed teddy in their cage and then beating up the toy horse (with bell) with his paws. Couldnt believe what i had just seen.

That sounds hilarious! Wish you could have got it on video, I would loved to have seen it! I was lucky to catch Betty doing this as I've only seen her do it once before! x
 
Bumble and Pixie do this with their sticks of celery or carrot, Bumble has been known to smack Pixie around the head with veggies before! I told her she should call a domestic abuse helpline!

She is soooo cute btw :)
 
Really enjoyed the video. She was really giving it to that cushion! And so cute how she finally falls asleep beside it. As to why she gives that one a rough time and not the purple stripy one, it could be because it is red. I read somewhere that piggies can see only 3 colours - red, blue and yellow, or something like that, but I know red was one of them.
