Had a wonderful time this afternoon in Joanne's lovely 'piggy shed' cuddling the piggies, they were all so cute I could have gone home with lots more!

Just want to say a HUGE thank you to you Joanne for bringing little Kevin along for us to see (and cuddle) he's just so lovely and it's amazing he is alive after all his problems...what a piggy! Your sponsorship scheme is a great idea and I hope you get lots more sponsors for your resident piggies. :)

Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh congratulations on your new beautiful rescue piggies x) and they look so happy in their new fabulous home xxxxx

They are gorgeous! Well done on giving them a loving home :) Joanne has the most lovely piggies I don't know how she does it :))

Awwww, the boys are looking very much at home already. These gorgeous boys have been waiting over 7 months without one single enquiry, I am thrilled to bits for them that they have found their happy ever after, it was certainly worth the wait. xx>>> I shall miss them though, its been an absolute pleasure to care for them so long, they so deserve their lovely new home.

Kevin loved meeting you today, he is so thankful to you for sponsoring him. (As am I!) He's a little fighter thats for sure.

I have met the beautiful Eric and Ernie and they are lovely boys, you are a very lucky mummy and they are two extremely lucky piggies! :))

Kevin is also a little sweetheart, he has come such a long way, I remember when I helped 'rescue' him...*shakes head*...poor little guy. Joanne has worked her magic that's for sure! :)

Hello to Eric and Ernie:) - they look really settled in. Glad they have a lovely home and that we can see pics of them progressing - hurray. I have been watching them on the Milhaven website and wondering about their new home...Congratulations!

I'm chuffed to bits with the boys & they seem to have settled right in! Hogan, who's next to them is very curious about his new neighbours & has had a good sniff through the grids :))

All your piggies are so well cared for & I can't believe how much Kevin has improved from those horrific photos you have of him. Your care & dedication for them all is absolutely amazing, you are a guinea pig fairy godmother! :)p

Mam, they are gawjus - in no time at all you will have a VERY squeaky dining room :))

Have one already! Having to tip-toe past the door but the minute they hear a noise in the kitchen they're off.....it's fabulous!:))

Branston & Pickle were very giddy this morning too as they've had a little clean & spruce up. Gave them a stroke or two but too fast to pick up! :(|)

They are so cute, don't know why they have been snapped up already. They both have lovely colouring & Eric's little blazes of ginger are gorgeous, my piggy room (aka the dining room!) is a bit full now but never say never!

It's beyond comprehension what cruelty & neglect some people can inflict on these lovely little pigs but thank goodness there are people like Joanne and lots of others on this forum who care enough to rescue them & nurse them back to health. Seeing little Kevin was a complete joy. :)

Aww. They are so cute and handsome. x)x)x) Do you use cut up cardboard as bedding just wondering?

Congratulations these 2 are stunning! x) x)

Yes, I use this :- http://www.walmsleypremierbed.co.uk/

It's brilliant, very absorbant and you can put cosies etc on top of it without it sticking to the fleece. I bought it direct from the supplier last time & it was £5.50 for a 20kg bag. Most importantly the piggies love it. rolleyes

Okay, sounds good. Do your piggies ever try to eat it though?

When I first used it they had a little sniff & tried to nibble it but they've never eaten it & don't touch it at all now but I think if they did eat it it's only standard brown cardboard so should be ok. They love rummaging in it and having tried wood shaving and fleece this is the best stuff I've found for me & the boys. :)

Eeeek, you've got the boys! Great news that they have gone to such a good home! Lots more pigtures in the future please :))
