Junior Guinea Pig
So here is the rundown on the vet visit for my girls.
Bugs- She is so healthy, she has finally gone through an estrus cycle and there are no problems what so ever with that. Her stool show that her digestive system is indeed out of wack her night poos are during the day and her day poos are at night so we will have to try and switch that around. The vet is very very pleased with her appearance (even though she has a little dandruff and her seasonal shed). She also said that she has a lot of chub back in her now. She is classified as an american short hair breed. But she goes back on October 6, 2011 to see if anymore treatment is required (probiotics etc)
Oreo- She is completely healthy, no health problems and everything is really well. However her behavior could go better next time round haha. She is a peruvian and absynian mix (beautiful guinea to boot) is what the vet has classifed her as.
Their teeth are pearly white and are amazingly healthy. Bottoms are really clean and very healthy (yes they are both still female haha). The vet had to comment that those are the healthiest guinea pigs she's ever seen and congratualted me on the excellent care. She was pleased that I told her that I cut their own nails and give them baths and haircuts as well.... Overall it turned out to be a good visit to the vet
