Hellooo,
My guinea pig Eddie is booked in for bladder stone removal tomorrow, so is going to be at the vets all day. What can I do for my other guinea pig Ernie. I’ll obviously give his lots of fuss and cuddles and treats as I know he will be stressed with Eddie gone, but I was just wondering if there were any other tips to help him cope a little better while he is away?

Here is our diet advice for bladder stone piggies (you'll find it in the chapter for the special diets). Most people are not aware the majority of the calcium in their piggies' diet comes via the water and the pellets although overfeeding calcium high veg can also contribute.

Ooh I haven’t, I wasn’t aware you could do that but I will ring when they open tomorrow and find out it he can! Otherwise thank you for the links! I will have a read of them all!
