Does anyone use this supplement? The guy at the shop recommended it, but I wondered if it was beneficial. I know Vetark are a good company as I use their products for my tortoises.
 
This is the one you put in the water bottle?

I use Fibreplex with mine now which you give directly to the pig (thus ensuring intake). You can't guarantee that your pig will drink any/enough water to get benefit from the Vetark every day but I guess if your piggy isn't ill and needing a probiotic, this won't matter too much.

I'm not an expert tho so I'm sure someone on here may have more advice :-)
 
Yeah, I use it as a 'pick-me-up' or when I have a sick pig, it's not a daily supplement - it's probiotic, vit.c and glucose powder.
 
Bertie had this a week ago when he was on baytril and it upset his little tum! He loved it, he only had it for 4 days and guzzled it down! Not on it now though!
 
Thanks everyone. It is similar then to "Reptoboost" which is a pick me up for reptiles. Thank you for your advice.
