I have been looking into purchasing Vetbed for underneath our piggies hides. Could anyone advise on which type of backing is best? There appears to be two types, Original green or Gold. Does one soak up urine better than the other? Has anyone tried both and has a preference? Thank you.

Hello I use vetbed as I have a skinny pig and the rescue advised it - I’ve only used the one with the green backing - it works very well and washes at 60C and dries quickly.
I use washable pee pads underneath which mean the vetbed stays dry.
