Adult Guinea Pig
Hi,
I have a sow with possible ovarian cysts, she has been taken to a vet and they said she'd need a scan but they are messing me around a bit I've been trying to get her an appointment for the past 3 - 4 weeks to get a scan done but either the vet who deal with guinea's is on funny shifts, she's off work, not at the surgery they do the scans at and when I asked if someone else can do it, I'm told there are two others but it seems like it's the same problem, I'm having issues. I then told the vet I has asked someone in Nottingham if she could do the scan and give the injections but they said they were having problems getting the hormone injections so this other vet said she would check if she can get a hold of the injections and get back to me but never did! I've called and left a message but it's starting to make me ill because I'm worrying about Cocoa.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a vet in Nottingham that can do a scan and give Cocoa hormone injections? Non of us drive which is why I'm asking for the Nottingham area. We did have an offer of a lift to this other vets but as she hasn't gotten back to me it doesn't look like it's going to happen now *sigh*.
