Adult Guinea Pig
I've posted something like this before, but it was a couple of years ago.
Does anyone know of a GOOD vet in Nottingham that has a decent amount of guinea pig knowledge?
I need to get one of my sows sorted out, she has been to a vet but in my opinion, I don't think the medication she's been put on is helping her, so I need to take her somewhere that they will treat accordingly and will give her the correct meds and dosage for her problem. I've posted about it on the forums.
I'm also very wary of where I take the guinea's because we've lost 6 guinea's due to misdiagnoses, vets taking guesses etc. The person we'd usually use would be Ellie in Alfreton but sadly, none of us drives and it's a bit of a trek to go via bus, I can't go by bus anyway due to health problems. Usually, someone will drive my Son and guinea's there but it's a bit hit and miss with when they can take them plus he's not exactly a nice person and only takes them because I pay him.
Thanks in advance.
