<profile picture
is going in to be neutered 2moz so he will be able to join his skinny girlfriend Jasmine

possitive vibes needed, dont think ive ever been so nervous having a guinea neutered x:...:...:...:...:...

Good luck I hope all goes well. Let us know how it goes. Hes gorgeous by the way. I'd love a skinny! :)

Good luck to him. Are the risks any different with a skinny? xx

Good luck Ruben
Jane the risks are a lot higher with a skinny due to them loosing body heat much quicker due to the lack of hair

yeah the vets are on high alert with him and ive told them about the heatloss risks I'm going to take the heat pad xx

good luck Ruben

I can't wait to see new avatar picture of Mr & Mrs Ruben in around six weeks drooldrooldrooldrool

Good luck Ruben. Fortunately, Ruben doesn't know so he isn't worried at all.

Just seen this thread. I have to echo Sokel's concerns. As you know we have many many years experience with skinny pigs and I wouldn't put any of my boars through neuter - its just so so risky. If this is going ahead, then I will have everything crossed for Reuben.

These hairless pigs are very delicate breed and I hope with all my heart that he pulls through Claire.

they have kept him warm through the op and put him straight onto his snuggle pad and vet bed and blankets, they said they were also going to do the cuts as small as poss/smaller than in the rescue guineas. will see how he is when he comes home:)
