Glad that Nachos op went well. 
He sounds that he is really naughty pulling his stitches and a staple out! I would bandage him, as this way he wouldnt be doing any harm to his staples and I'm sure it wont do him any harm.

they have them for rabbits, but i don't think they'd work for guineas, as i'm sure i've noticed a distinct lack of neck

|) Oh well it was worth a thought.I hope Nacho is ok and hasn't pulled out any more staples - would a sock with leg holes cut in it work? It might not be nibble-proof though.
