Has anyone ever ordered anything from Viovet and if so what's your verdict?

Just went to place an order for some carrot cottages and Willow tunnels and the estimated delivery is between 2nd may and 22nd may which seems like a huge window.
 
I find them a bit inconsistent. I’ve been waiting a week for my current order but mostly they are fairly prompt to dispatch and I do use them a lot for horse stuff. I find their estimated delivery time is quite accurate - it usually means there’s a delay at the original supplier - but I’ve not seen a window of 20 days!
 
I find them to be very prompt.usually they send messages regarding delays.
I agree with the above poster,that delays at the suppliers are the problem.The packaging is usually well supportive of the products.

I've used them a lot in the past, not so much lately as they seem to have got a lot dearer for a lot of my regulars that I used to buy from them.
As a guide they're usually fairly accurate on delivery dates. I guess as the others have mentioned its the suppliers holding things up.

I've never had a problem with them & it's usually quick delivery, generally within days.

I've also used petdrugsonline, animed & vetuk. They're all reliable. I find I mix & match companies to get the cheapest basket for the items I happen to be buying at the time.

Ps... petdrugsonline is included in the 'easyfundraising' scheme.
TEAS guinea pig sanctuary can get donations (up to 3%) from any purchases made via the easyfundraising website at no extra cost to you 👍🏻
 
I ordered peppers prescription on April 12th and it was delivered on the 15th, no issues!

Viovet (donation up to 3%) is still on easyfundraising, sorry I got a bit muddled... I've just checked and it looks like petdrugsonline has now been taken out of the scheme - although I have raised quite a few donations with them in the past.
That's a shame :(
