What is the best way to give my Guinea pig the vitamin c she needs? Are the bottles of Vitamin C drops from pet stores save?

Veggies.
Peppers, coriander, broccoli.

I wouldn't give my piggies the vitamin c drops. They make the water go funny and they might not drink it. I wouldn't risk them getting dehydrated. I don't think the vitamin c is that strong either and you never know how much they are getting. If you feed them a vegetable, you know they are getting their vitamins :)

We were advised not to put anything in the water, but instead told to wash the veg with a cup of water containing Vitamin C drops and serve the veg quite wet.
However the drops were pretty expensive, and it seemed ludicrous to me to be washing Vitamin C rich foods in Vitamin C enriched water .
I guess it would be useful if you have a piggy who isn't eating much and you wanted to increase their intake without bulk, but so far that hasn't been an issue for my three :D.

:agr: - only give vit C supplements if you are concerned about how much they are eating - and , ... sometimes it is worth considering if you have a poorly guinea pig
