Vitiman C Tablets

I need to feed my boys these vitiman c tablets every day. 1 tablet every day. I can not get them to eat the tablets!:hb: I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on tricking them to eating the tablets, or something?:ple:Thank you! :san::san::san:
 
What tablets are they? I have given Oxbow Daily C to several poorly pigs without any trouble - they have all loved the taste!
 
I've never had to give my pigs vitamin tablets, I did have to give one pig I had previously some vitamin supplement because he just wouldn't eat vegetables and I was worried and the vet gave me an alternative to put in the water everyday, if your still having some trouble maybe you could ask for that?

Alternatively, try wrapping it up in a favourite vegetable or treat...
 
Adding vitamin C to water makes the water taste weird and they will not drink it. I crush the tablets and put them on slices of cucumber for my piggies. You may like to try that.
 
Easiest way to feed them is to crush the tablets between 2 teaspoons then add to 1ml of water & syringe feed with a 1 ml syringe. That way you know they are getting the exact amount.
