why is gerty a no no, it is the only food my gang will eat, like you waggs is easy to get hold of as is spillars but my girls just don't tuck into it the way they do gerty

I am worried now am i doing my pigs harm
Gerty has colourings thought to harm the urinary tract, known to present a false positive reading for diabetes when a urine test is done and insulin given to a guinea not needing it will probably kill it.
It also has alfalfa in it which isn't good for adult pigs and even if your pigs don't eat the pellets it means you're paying for wastage :)

well it looks like i am gonna have to change, and so are they, what is a good time span for swopping, would a week be for the best

I think i will try spillars 15kg bag for £8, why do you have a good suggestion
