Warm weather = gassy pigs?

I can barely pick Elliot up without him blowing one off in my face. It makes laptime a rather unpleasant experience.

I'm starting to wonder if it's because he spends so much time lounging in the heat, that when I force him to move it causes a disturbance lol.:)>>>
 
Has he had access to fresh grass? Or any changes to his diet?
 
Maybe a higher body temperature affects how food ferments in the gut, which can lead to more gassy buildups..................who fancies researching that one?

Alternatively, warmer weather = slightly depressed appetites, maybe eating less/less frequently which could lead to a gassy tum.
