I just posted this on the rabbit forum I go on, but thought I best put it here too as some of you have the tents:

I had given my foster rabbits a tent to play in exactly like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/WIGWAM-CRUNCH...ryZ63513QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Yesterday went out to find they had tipped it upside down and had been chewing it around the corners which had caused the wire frame to pop out about 2 inches. Luckily they hadnt hurt themselves, but they could easily have done....have given them a box instead to play in now.

I know guineas are less likely to throw things around like rabbits, but just thought I'd let you know....Max the piggie I looked after was always fine with this tent but I guess its worth making sure they are not chewing it.

Thanks daughters best girlfriend going to get a bunny soon, told her too look on ebay will warn her now of bad sites.
Think i'll tell her to look here first to get an idea what standard to look for first she can then ask you all to advise her properly.

When Misty had a tent he used to wake up most morning with the wire digging into him. Has put me off leaving tents in their cages when no one is watching them..

thats the reason I wont buy tents I much prefer the natural type things like fiddle sticks and wooden hides I do ahev igloos but only use them in winter they get too hot in summer and none of mine have yet to chew them if they did i would'nt be using them as well
