Mine fell off the wall this morning with the piggies cage underneath it :...!

Thank god the pigs had their natural instinct to dart under cover instantly, they are all fine :) I had to get them all out very quickly as there was glass everywhere. Not good. Needless to say that shelf is NOT going back up! Thank goodness it happened whilst I was in.

Just wanted to warn others. The shelf has been up for well over a year and it did seem very secure!

Phew!

Oh my christ...!
That's scarey...!
Thank god they are okay...

I know! They really could have gotten hurt, they were even clever enough to choose the solid wooden house to dart to - all three of them squished in it!

Awww poor babies, they are clever to run into the wooden house though :)

Thanks for the warning, thank god we dont have any shelves though x

Clever piglets, they're fast and shy for a reason...birds of prey, glass shelves, all threats... :)
I never put shelves over my piggies - even if they were super secure, I'm such a clutz I'm just as likely to knock something off the shelf as the shelf itself fall off the wall! :{

lol....I was thinking the exact same thing about me - I'm really clumsy so no shelves over my piggies or theyd be constantly avoiding things falling :))

Glad the piggles are all okay :)

My shelf also fell off the wall recently, only not on the pigs, but on my head! 30 textbooks on my head - ouch!

On reflection it's definitely not a good idea to do it, it's just that it was always there and I then moved the piggies under it rolleyes

Ohhhh goodness are they all okay? Hope so, what an awful thing to happen you must of been so worried! *hugs*
