Warts on guinea pigs are rare. Are you sure that it is not a nipple or a belly button?

My husband mentioned it tonight as he cleaned them out. I'll take one tomorrow but he was alarmed since he's a boar x

Definitely check before you go off to the vets. They are low on the abdomen between the hind legs. It will be obvious if it is a nipple because there will be one the opposite side in the same spot. I believe sometimes the belly button can be fairly obvious on some piggies too, a seem to remember one of mine having a "spot" in the middle
