I was just in the big chain Pet shop and was rather upset to find in the adoption there was a piggie, with no food or hay! When I went to the till I informed the girl who told me she was only just off the Van and unfortunately she only has one eye so they can't sell her, hence why is in adoption! They were just making up her cage! I will be going back afterwork to check she has been giving food and hay, can anyone help this piggie she is in Boucher?!

Ahh poor little thing. I wish I could help, I am sure someone will come along. :)

Nice to know they were just doing the cage though and not thinking that was enough!

if i was over there and Rajah was neutered i would,he has one eye also so they'd make a sweet pair,i hope someone can take this girl, its so sad when petshops discard animals or treat them differently when i bet she is just the same xx

oh what a shame well at least she was put in the adoption centre and not sent back to the breeders! lets us know how you get on when you check in on her...

All piggies are lovely if they have 1 eye, 1 leg ect i love all of them no matter what they look like they are loved. I hope someones comes along and gives it alot of love

I am sure they will if they know you are on their case! :(|)

I feel sorry for her, there will be so many people turning their noses up because she has one eye, I wish I lived closer and I was in a position to take more on. :...

I saw two piggies in Stirling P&H adoption part and they were sitting at opposite ends of the tiny tiny tank like thing they were in with a few scattered pieces of lettuce, no dry food, a bottle of water which took up most of the enclosure and no hay/hidey holes. Was utterly disgraceful. I felt so sorry for them, plus they were beautiful!
Couldn't find anyone to ask what was up and was too chicken to say something in the busy que at the cash desk >.<

I would take on a pig if it only had one eye or two left paws - I hope she finds a loving home soon!
