Hi everyone,
I currently use ecover zero to wash my fleece liners, fleece pads, towels ect. and add or soak in white vinegar sometimes first but i am still finding i can still smell pee. Can any one suggest anything. I clean there cage thoroughly out three times a week and spot clean twice a day.

Hi,
Sorry i mean after washing i can still smell pee.

Hi ,
I have read the guide for fleece the only thing i might be doing is putting to much in at a time, everything else i do. But thank you.

I had this issue then it seemed to go away. I think the difference was the hay box. I have a large hay tray on the lower level and I line this with a few layers of newspapers, and clean it out and replace the lining as needed, every day when they are smelly. As they mostly pee there it seemed to solve the problem when I made their hay tray more attractive and got more on top of changing it.

I use this HALO PROACTIVE SPORTS WASH LIQUID 1 LITRE: Amazon.co.uk: Sports & Outdoors

You can get it from supermarkets as well. I was recommended it by someone on here. I use nothing else in the wash and have never had a problem with it smelling. I often wash my clothes in the same wash (with the fleece in a horse wash bag), even at fairly low temperatures it appears to kill all the bacteria
