Water Bottles

I have 2 plastic hamster water bottles. Nia always seems to drink quite a lot from them and manages fine, but I've just noticed patches struggling. She keeps pulling at it and tugs and pulls it so it knocks back and then stands right up sniffing all around it then pulls some more. I've just put a small plastic container in the cage with some water in as it seemed like she was getting a bit desperate and she has drunk from it.

Any idea why she might be struggling with the bottle? I'm sure I've seen her drink from it before though shes never drunk as much as nia.

And of course just minutes after posting this she goes and drinks perfectly fine from first the one bottle and then the other

Good to know she's managing fine!
If she doesn't seem to be drinking as much as nia that is fine as pigs often vary the amounts that they drink, it just depends on the pig!
However I have no idea what patches might have been doing with the bottle earlier, but as long as she is drinking out of something she is fine!
If she stops drinking altogether you should worry!
