Why does my guinea pigs not drink water? I dont put anything extra in the water. They only drink very tiny in bits.

I think different Guinea pigs drink different amounts of water. As long as they drink some water I don't think it is a problem. My two drink fairly regularly through the day but never that much at a time.

some days my piggies don't even touch the water they have to stay hydrate

I have a cage with 3 and a cage with 2 guinea pigs - the 2 drain their bottle daily and the 3 never touch it. They have exactly the same diet, so it's obviously just down to the individuals. The only thing I wonder about is that the 2 guys are long haired, so probably are a bit warmer, so maybe that's why they drink more.

so its normal for piggies not to drink?

My piggies rarely drink from the bottle. They get all the liquids they need from cucumber and watermelon, which they love. I still put water bottles in the cage though. I can sometimes see them take a couple of sips from it when they emptied their food bowl earlier than usual (rare occurence though).

I have one piggy that drinks loads and the other 4 not much. It all depends on the individual piggy. Always have fresh water available.
i do and this morning i saw my guinea pig drinking the water rapidly Then i gave him a treat XD

none of my piggies drink... and during the whole day they have no bottle (during the day they have floor time). One of them plays with the bottle sometimes and makes a pool on the fleece especially in summer, but she does not drink.
They make a LOT of wee, though, and the water they get comes from the fresh grass (and the piece of bell pepper they have at dinner).
Bell pepper has 92% of water; cucumber and lettuce too are extremely rich of water...
I also never drink... but I eat a lot of vegs and some fruit... (and my urinalysis is normal).
Don't worry, our hydration does not improve with the water we drink, but with the water we "eat", the one contained into the food.
My piggies (and I) make a lot of clear wee...;)
