I'm not sure if you've noticed but Bo has pretty watery eyes, much more so than the girls. These two pictures kinda show it. It never runs into his fur and he doesn't scrach his eyes. Do some pigs just have a higer tear production? Also, I'm wondering if the whatever that's inside his lower eye lid could be the beginning of fatty eye? Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

I know what you mean; Frankie - who looks spookily like Bo - also has watery eyes a lot of the time, though he's had a lot of issues with his eyes "running" after he's had a sleep as well. Dexter has watery eyes that don't run at all.

If there are absolutely no other sympoms, and as you say his eyes aren't actually 'runny', it's unlikely to be anything sinister. I'd suspect something along the lines of the fatty tissues under the eyelid that you've mentioned, slightly blocking the tear duct that allows the watery fluid to drain away. It's not a severe problem by your description and photo so nothing really needs doing, just keep an eye on it. :)
