One of my sows appears to have her right eye partially closed for the past couple of weeks, often with white discharge and it waters. It is NOT the white fluid excreted when washing herself.

It's not red, swollen, discolored or anything like that, but it looks like she may be allergic to something, or even have hay fever. There's nothing in her eye, that I can see at least.

Is there anything I can do for her to see if it helps? I've been cleaning around the outside of the eye for her already.

Please have her seen by a vet; only he can see whether there is any damage to the eye that needs treating. Eye injuries are not necessarily visible to the naked eye.
