For the amount guinea pigs eat I'm surprised they aren't completely HUUUUUUUGE! My 5 eat LOADS.:yikes: They always want more:hb:. They even want more hay when they have hay in their hay bales and hay as bedding and more hay added each day and hay in the run when they are on grass and more hay.............. And of course don't forget the fave VEG:love::drool:

I'm a new skinny pig owner and am not sure if I'm giving him too much grass. Besides fresh veg and fruit twice a day he has a bowl of crunch but he is getting through two balls of grass every day is this normal his is only 13 weeks old. He also seems to be very fussy picks out what he wants and seems to leave certain things till last. Love him
 
Nuggets are best for fussy eaters then they eat everything. There is a very good nugget comparison chart here www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/threads/nugget-comparison-chart.143415/ Mine eat Harringtons. When you introduce new food do it gradually by mixing it in with what he already eats. Guinea pigs diet should be 80-90% hay so make sure there is always some available. Your new skinny piggie is very cute!
