Weekend Vacation

So, I'm going to my grandparents house this weekend to pick vegetables out of their garden (and possibly steal some for the piggies) because they're out of town. I was wondering if my girls will be ok here by themselves if I left them with plenty of food and water. I have a small cage i bought at the pet shop but it is way too small for one guinea pig let alone two of them. Your opinions and help is very appreciated.

Personally I wouldn't leave my two by themselves any longer than one night. Is there no one that could pop in and check on them?

Yes I agree, I wouldn't leave my two alone for longer than one night! Because I know there small lol, but piggies do eat and eat and eat lol, they could become hungry and they need attention! I would ask somebody to look after them!

I'm not leaving until 11 or 12 tonight and I will be coming back 7 or 8 in the morning on Sunday.

You'll know yourself how much water/hay/pellets your guinea pigs will go through so you are in a better position to judge.

My two are fairly erratic with the amount of water they drink (some days they will hardly touch it and then the next day both bottles will be nearly empty by night) which is why I'm wary of leaving them too long.
