Weepy eyes

My 9 year old boar has weepy eyes been on going for 3 weeks. . We’ve seen cat and rabbit clinic they said it was hay related not teeth. My local vet said was hay related and ulcer on the eye .it was getting better then he got conjunctivitis . Been back twice , vet managed to get more hay out and was healing .
His eyes are still watery and now I noticed a hard tiny lump in the corner of his eye ( tear duct end) . I’m cleaning his eyes daily as advised and had eye drops twice a day as well as on metacam.
He’s eating fine, seems happy , coming to me when I call him . He’s actually put on some weight.
Due to go to the vets next week and cat and rabbit appt not till 4th August because the vets are away for a few weeks ( I also had commitments) I may see if I can get in next sat
Any advice because I don’t know what else I should do ?

I’m still having issues with weepy eye. My boar is on oral antibiotics as well as Metacam now and due to go to go to the cat and rabbit clinic next Saturday. My local vet has given him eye drops which improved a bit but hasn’t solved the issue. I’ve noticed one of his front top teeth has snapped at the bottom. He’s eating ok but he has spurs on back teeth , local vet has looked at him a few times. This is the earliest appointment I could get at the C&R clinic , anything else I could do for my piggy ? I’m trying to keep him eating by giving him his favourite foods several tomes a day for now it’s working .
