Weighing out Treacle and Cookies....

Thought I'd post some pics of weigh time, it is such a fuss as we don't like it when we are placed on the scales, they just stopped in long enough to take the readings and a quick pic.....

:)), My pigs know the score sit still and Wait! They always look so dazed why must you insist in telling everyone about my weight.

I must say I am a bit OCD when it comes to weighing, IMO its the best thing you can do for your pig, as weight is generally the first thing to go when they are poorly.

It reminds me of a weigh****chers meeting " Yes, your over 1000 grams" Look of dismay, slinks off to the Veg bowl! :))

Ha ha! Piggie Weigh****chers I'd love to see them doing exercise in their neon pink sweatbands and pop socks!

We are OCD when it comes to weighing also after our dental piggie. I find it reasurring to weigh everyday now...

Someone worse than me, I weigh every 7 days rolleyes, and everyday when something is wrong.

Good job the scales don't lie!
 
Yes, LOL! We weigh Putt everyday but I'm had to cut down to twice a week with our 2 new girls. To weight them everyday would be impossible, they won't stay still long enough - Cookie popcorned out of the pigloo on the scales shortly after the picture was taken!

My girls sit on a plate and wait patiently.....cause they know they're going back into a nice clean house straight afterwards!
You could try using a large bowl, set your scales to zero with the bowl on or pre weigh the bowl so you know how much that weighs :)
