Just weighed my sows for the first time. Ginny is 420g, I'm not worried about her as she has quite a bit of flesh on her bones. Luna however is 377g and still feels quite skinny to me. I can only find weight charts for adult guinea pigs. Do these weights seem about right for 4 months old? Luna is eating and drinking fine, so maybe she's just going to be smaller?

Weight charts for guinea pigs are not worth the paper they are printed on; the variations in youngsters and adults can be so big - even within piggies of the same litter!

Yours are at the lower end, but as long as you follow our diet recommendations, your piggies should realise their personal optimum before they reach adulthood at 12-15 months old - that is still a long way to go. If they are smaller, they will keep growing for a bit longer than very large youngers that come close to their optimum early on. Don't be tempted to overfeed, just concentrate on a healthy diet for a hopefully long life! ;)
