One of my girls (3 months) lost since last week about 30 grams and now is 496 grams. Should I start to worry. She eats and behaves as usual. She always eats slowly in comparison to the other piggy who eats really fast and sometimes steals her food.

30g isnt a huge concern, but in a small piggy its something to keep an eye on. Switch to weighing her daily at the same time and the same point in her feeding cycle (like always weigh just before dinner) and if she continues to lose weight over the next week get her checked over by the vet, especially her teeth and tummy. You could try feed them at different ends of the cage to make sure she gets her fair share! Though that is always easier said than done, I have 6 food bowls for 6 piggies and a fair bit of food theft still goes on, often I hang around watching them eat with a bit of extra veg to give to whoever got their dinner swiped :)

My 3 year old sow had lost 30g last week, but has gained it again, some of this could have been that she had an empty bladder when I first weighed her. I believe a weight fluctuation of up to 40g is normal, but yep best to keep an eye incase you are onto something early

A piggy who is about 3 months old should be steadily gaining weight, not losing weight. So I would consider getting a vet to check her over including her teeth to see if there are any reasons why she might have lost weight.

The older of my guinea pigs gains approx 40 gram a week (she is 4 months and last week weighted 607grams and now 644grams), the younger one last week gained also about 50grams, but this week only ten grams (she is 3 months and last week weighted 551gram, and now only 564grams) - should I worry?

Its worth a vet check if you are worried, but as long as she is gaining not losing perhaps she is just going to be a small piggy. Routine vet checks are always a good idea just to be safe :)
