I have had my girls for 6 weeks now which makes them around 16 weeks old. My problem is that Rum is a lot smaller than Rosie by almost 200g. Both seem to be eating well enough but they are still establishing who is top pig (i think). Is this something to worry about or will it even out over time.
Rosie: 750g
Rum: 570g

Both pigs are within the average weight range for their age.

I have a pair of sisters, and the difference in weight has always been a pretty constant 150g; guinea pigs can differ quite a bit in size.

PS: It's the smaller of the sisters that runs my tribe of eight, despite other girls being bigger than her!

Thanks everyone it was always my brother who had guineas before and they were always kept outside so I never noticed all the little things.
