So I've current just gotten my second guinea pig. And she has such odd behaviors. She's very loud and whenever I hold her, she insists on licking my fingers or face or legs when she gets the chance. Not only that she will make this non-stop purr squeak noise

She sounds like she likes you if she is purring. Don’t know what licking means, some GP’s do this, it’s probably just another sign that she likes you x enjoy the attention 😝

Hello!

The licking should be normal - it is either a sign of affection, or it is just because your guinea pig like the taste of your skin.
You might have a little salt on your skin (which is from sweat) and that is another reason why she is licking you.

And about the behavior - your new guinea pig needs to get used to many new things, including you, new noises, the cage, the other guinea pig and more.
So I would say, if you just hot your pig recently, give it a little time to get used to her new home. (I would say about 2-4 weeks)
And if this behavior then continues, I would recommend to see a vet.
But I am sure that nothing is wrong with your guinea pig - she just needs some time to get used to all the new stuff.
